Assisted PE companies to pitch in M&A issues of a local developer’s development properties in mainland China;
Built up connections between a local company with development project in Shenzhen with local valuers;
Evaluated an urban renewal project in LiWan, Guangzhou. A direct report line between the investors and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee is set up;
Involved in some transactions of hotels in Hong Kong.

KnightsBridge Real Estate Investment Limited (hereinafter referred to as ”the Company”) takes on the role of an agent for real estate developers, organizing their internal documentation for development projects and ensuring final quality control.
The company holds meetings with developers to suggest adjustments to parameters such as plot ratio, gross floor area, saleable area and more, while also conducting research on relevant policies and details.
Regarding quality control, the company’s directors have previously experience in assisting developers in correcting the plot ratio and reviewing the DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) model.
